LMPRC judges registration 2026

The LMP Research Conference takes place on Thursday, April 16 at the Arcadian in Toronto. We are seeking judges for:

1. abstracts in advance of the conference
2. posters and oral presentations on the day of the conference.

Please let us know what your preference is for judging.

Abstract judging will take place February 26 – March 16.

On the day, you will be expected to check-in at the judges table at least 15 minutes prior to your session. The sessions are (times are approximate and may change slightly):

Morning:
09:30 - 10:15 Oral presentations I
10:25 - 11:40 Poster session I

Afternoon:
14:50 - 16:05 Poster session II
16:15 - 17:05 Oral presentations II
