Explain how this project is directly relevant to Artificial Intelligence (AI) in medicine. (This program supports original research on the application of artificial intelligence to biomedicine that would be published in biomedical journals and conference proceedings.) Research proposals can include any aspect of basic science, clinical, or population research. Areas of research considered relevant to A.I. and health include developing new algorithms, applying existing algorithms to new health problems, as well as work in A.I. ethics, governance, policy, patient engagement, implementation science and other areas.

SUPERVISOR FUNDS

My faculty supervisor has sufficient operating funds to support my stipend and research for the duration of the studentship. If a Summer Studentship is awarded, the faculty member will undertake supervision of the applicant and ensure compliance with the terms and conditions of the award.
When the studentships are awarded, T-CAIREM will issue a PDF for the student and supervisor to sign and return to us. This form will also include the payee information of the research institution for the supervisor to complete.
