Eligibility:
You must have a PhD in microbiology or a related field prior to the start of your training which commences July 1 of each year.
You must also have Canadian citizenship or permanent resident status.
You may apply during the final year of your PhD, but any offer of acceptance will depend you successfully completing and defending your thesis prior to the start of the program.

Instructions:
Complete this online form along with signatures. Under Applicant Info Section 2, you will need to provide information about yourself. Under the Academic Info, Section 3, of this form, you will be able to upload your degrees and transcripts as well as your degree evaluation documentation if needed.
Please have three reference letters sent directly to LMP office via email lmp.pg@utoronto.ca by submission deadline. No more than 3 reference letters will be accepted.
If you are in the final year of your PhD, please have your supervisor email a letter of good standing indicating your expected completion date directly to lmp.pg@utoronto.ca
