You must submit a meeting log each time you meet your mentor/mentee to complete the LMP Graduate mentoring program. This should be the mentee, but the mentor can do so. Only one person in the mentoring relationship needs to submit for each meeting. Contact lmpmc@utoronto.ca with any questions.
